I tried to enter to this site and vote you but firstly I do not at all undestand French (maybe I should learn some day ) and secondly the website has an error when I try to register.. I hope though for a very good position!!

Yes, there's an error on the page, but it still works. To register, you have to click on

"Cliquez ici pour vous inscrire"

Then there's a standard forum subscription page, with confirmation email . When you're confirmed, then go again on the page

But this time click on "Connectez Vous" , where it will ask your login and password... then you should be redirected to the vote page.
